Studies show about 80% of first-year college students aren’t sure what they want to major in, and over 50% of college students change their major at least once. In DGS, first year and sophomore students will discover a flexible program designed to accommodate their exploration of various majors while staying on track for graduation.

From the time you begin our program to the point you declare your major, a dedicated advising team will be here to guide you. Our teams-based approach ensures that you receive high-touch advising and outreach every semester while still allowing you the freedom and flexibility to schedule with any advisor in your (alphabetically assigned) group.
