This recipe is fool proof and there’s absolutely no way you could mess this method up, even if you tried. The few simple ingredients get whisked in a bowl and even if the mixture is lumpy, it will still turn out! This method is also extremely special with German influence as a sweet milky mixture gets poured on top after the cake is baked which is what makes this recipe so good. Ingredients: • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour (150 grams) • ½ cup sugar (100 grams) • ¾ tablespoon baking powder (8 grams) • 3 large room temperature eggs • ½ cup of avocado oil (110ml) – or any you like • 3 peeled medium sized apples, diced small – we used honey cris
