Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the baking paper in 2, fold as in the video, tie the ends and open into a boat shape. Place the vegetables in the baking paper, add a little olive oil, salt and the salmon pieces on top. Pour sauce generously and put in the oven for 20 minutes."

Buttery mash potatoes with a herby cream sauce packed with cod, salmon, smoked haddock, prawns, peas ans boiled eggs (sounds weird but it’s amazing).
