Zutaten: * 500 g Spaghetti * 6 King Prawns * 2 rote Zwiebeln (gewürfelt) * 3 Knoblauchzehen (gehackt) * 20 Cherrytomaten (halbiert) * 100 ml Weißwein * 10 ml Ouzo * 400–500 ml Wasser * 2 Kellen Nudelwasser * 1 EL Tomatenmark * Zitronenabrieb * Frische Petersilie * Salz, Pfeffer * Olivenöl zum Braten Zubereitung: 1. Prawns vorbereiten: Köpfe & Schalen entfernen (Schwanz dranlassen), längs einschneiden, Darm entfernen und alles gut abspülen. 2. Sud kochen: Zwiebeln & Knoblauch in Olivenöl anbraten, dann Köpfe & Schalen dazu. Würzen, Ouzo zugeben und optional flambieren.

Transport yourself to Sicily! 🇮🇹

👨‍🍳**Ingredients:**
🐟 2 Orata (Sea Bream) filets
🥔 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
🫒 Country mix olives, chopped
🥄 1 tbsp capers
🍅 Cherry tomatoes, halved
🧅 1 shallot, diced
🌿 Fresh basil
🥣 ¾ cup reserved potato water
🫙 Olive oil, salt, and pepper

**Instructions:**
1. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water. Reserve ¾ cup potato water.
2. Sauté shallot, tomatoes, olives, and capers in olive oil.
3. Add potato water, boiled potatoes, and basil. Simmer.
4. Nestle the fish in, season, cover and cook on low until fully cooked.
5. Plate with potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with basil.
