Need an easy parent Christmas gift idea? This lunch sack gingerbread house is perfect for wrapping a parent Christmas gift or use it as a fun holiday craft! Made using a small paper lunch bag, it includes an easy cut version with larger, less detailed pieces for younger kids. This fun holiday craft can be used in lots of different ways in the classroom. I've even had my students write a summary of their favorite version of The Gingerbread Man on a half sheet of paper and glue it to the back!
