These smothered creamy chicken burritos are always a hit! | By Cibsandibus | I'm not going to call these enchiladas but they do have enchilada sauce in them. Start off with 16 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken going in a little block of cream cheese and a little daisy. One can corn, one can black beans, both rinse, drain. Five oh five green hatch chilis. The best. Put as much in as you want. Some taco seasoning and then we mix. Now we're just going to put that filling into some flour tortillas you guys. This is a super easy recipe. It's incredibly kid friendly. Every time I make it the kids absolutely love it. Obviously fully customizable. Add or take away anything you would like or what your family would like. Other things you can do is add salsa to the mixture. Some Spanish rice or white rice. You can also add some crispy fried potatoes. Again fully customizable. Once we got a full pan of those creamy chicken wrapped tortillas. We're going to make a little drizzle for the top. I got a can of chicken and cheese enchilada flavored progresso soup. Then we're going to go in with a of Campbell's chicken cream of chicken and herb. There it is. Told ya. Enchilada sauce. One can of that. We're going to mix that up and then just pour this all directly over the top of those burritos. Into the oven. Tray fit it till a cribby. I did put a little chez on at the end. And that's it. It's very simple. Takes about 15 minutes to put together. Maybe 30 minutes in the oven. And you got dinner. At this point you can top it with some sour cream. Maybe some hot sauce. I like to serve it with tortilla chips because everything in here is soft. So it's nice to have a little something crunchy to go with it but either way, give this a try. Let me know how you like em.

38K views · 7.2K reactions | WHIPPED CHOCOLATE GANACHE 🍫I finally made a blog post (with video!) for this incredibly delicious ganache that can be used as frosting or filling for cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and more! I love that it’s rich and decadent but not nearly as sweet as buttercream. Perfect for any chocolate lover! Full recipe linked in my bio or at sugarandsparrow.com/whipped-chocolate-ganache/ ✨ WHIPPED CHOCOLATE GANACHE Yield: 4 Cups INGREDIENTS 2 Cups (16oz, 370g) semi-sweet chocolate 2 Cups (16oz, 480ml) heavy whipping cream INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place the chocolate into a medium glass or metal bowl and set aside. In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, heat the heavy whipping cream, whisking frequently, until the mixture begins to simmer. 3. Pour the simmered cream into the bowl of chocolate and cover with a plate for 2 minutes. Remove the plate and whisk the mixture together until it’s uniform. 4. Cover the surface of the ganache with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it’s set but still soft, 1-2 hrs depending on how deep your dish is (the shallower the dish the less time it takes) . If you plan on refrigerating for longer, bring it back to room temperature before moving on to the next step. 5. Remove the plastic wrap and whip with a hand mixer (or in the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment) for 2-3 minutes, until the ganache lightens in color and maintains a nice peak. #chocolate #ganache #cake #frosting #chocolateganache #cakeideas #piping #baking #chocolatelover | Whitney DePaoli | Sugar & Sparrow | Facebook
