In a pan on medium heat, melt butter and add spinach with a pinch of salt. Once wilted down, add garlic and sauté for a few minutes. Set aside and let it drain. Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined then add spinach and mix again. Add to an oven safe baking dish or cast iron pan. Sprinkle more cheese over top.
