if you're an influencer or just using social media for fun, no one is immune to the negative emotions that surface from too much screen time. we're all human. We all want to be heard, appreciated, loved, and valued.I hope my content triggers nothing but feelings of joy, hope, and empowerment. I want you to want your life, not mine. And I hope you feel like what I share is attainable and excites you to try new things, live more mindfully and find fulfillment through simplicity.

i am in competition with no one. i run my own race. i have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. i just aim to improve, to be better than i was before. that's me, and i'm free.

So many people post every single moment. So many of them should be private as well. It baffles me to no end. I love that my hubby and I share all of our moments with the only ones that count.. us. Yes, us, because it's our moments that are special and belong to us. If you plaster posts of your love and your moments it's no longer intimate and special. It means anti social media means more than the two of you. Food for thought.
