A portfolio of human eyes continues to grow as I work on my book on Evolution. These eyes are heterochromia (partial heterochromia or sectoral heterochromia part of one iris is a different color from its remainder.) Eye color is determined primarily by the concentration and distribution of melanin within the iris tissues. Although the processes determining eye color are not fully understood it is known that inherited eye color is determined by multiple genes. Environmental or acquired factors can alter these inherited traits. I'm also told that the double row of eyelashes is a beautiful mutation. Growing up I hated having two different coloured eyes, I didn't want to be different. Every single day without fail people stop me in the shops, on the streets and ask me about them, which is a bit mad 😂 My Mum has Green eyes and my Dad has brown and I ended up with a part of both of them❤️ I like my eyes now, big up to the rents for the rare blessin 😂👊🏼 People have asked about lashes, I've had them in 3 weeks and they've lasted this well thanks to @annascott_xo she lives in Maidstone as ...
