Recipe: (makes 6-8) •heat @EatInnovAsian Sticky White Rice in the microwave for 5 minutes •add hot rice to a large bowl for cooling •fill cupcake pan with rice & use a tool/spoon to press down in the center (to create a bowl) •freeze cupcake pan for 30 minutes •add rice cups to air fryer basket •generously spray with avocado oil or olive oil •air fry at 375 for 15 minutes or until crispy •dice 10-12 raw jumbo shrimp •sauté in skillet with butter & garlic, until pink •add shrimp to a bowl & let cool for 5 minutes •mix in 1tbsp kewpie mayo, 1tbsp spicy mayo, 1tbsp sriracha & 1tsp diced chives •once crispy rice is done to

1hr 30min · 1 serving Spicy Crab & Rice Balls with Salmon ❤️👌🏻 growing up we had a version of this called sushi bolitas, but with imitation crab, cream cheese and no raw fish on top 🤣 so this is my take…very easy to modify, delicious without the salmon on top or with just veggies! Ingredients: • 4 oz sushi grade salmon (thinly sliced). • 1 lb snow crab clusters. • 1/3 c japanese mayo. • 2 tbsp tamari. • 2 tsp sesame oil. • 3-4 tbsp sriracha. • 1/4 cup scallions. • 1 cucumber (thinly chopped and pat dried to remove extra moisture). • 1 carrot (shredded). • black sesame seeds. •1 serrano chopped. Rice: •1 cup calrose rice (wash it really well, 3-4 times until the water is no longer white. Soak it for about 20-30 min and cook for 2 cups water, season it with 2 tbsp rice v
