Healthy Quinoa pancakes / waffles
· 2 servings Ingredients: • 1/2 cup Quinoa • 2-3 tbsp thick curd • 1 tbsp flax seeds • 1 large date • 1 pinch of salt • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/3 cup water Instructions: 1. Soak quinoa & flaxseeds overnight. Add all ingredients into a blender without water & baking powder and blend into a smooth paste. Now add water and blend again. 2. Now add the baking powder and mix well. Grease a pan/waffle maker with ghee and pour the batter to make pancakes or waffles. Serve with fresh fruits and the sweetener of your choice.
