Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send you a dm with the link to the recipes 🧑🍳 This is what I made the week of Feb 29 2025. This lasted my partner and I one week of work and dinner meals - about 5 meals each. We also had rice with this, and sometimes my partner gets sick of what I cook so he’ll supplement his meal with fries or potatoes or something lol ☺️ Recipes & cost (Canadian dollars): - Mapo Chickpea Stew: $11.40 - Tofu and Broccoli (Cantonese Style): $18.80 - Roasted Peanut Butter Cabbage: $4.85 Total Cost: 35.05 Cost Per Meal (assuming 10 meals): $3.51 It took me about 2.5 hours to make everything and film it, but it should take you about an hour and a half if you cook everything at the same time! And put on a show or podcast while you cook to make it more fun and feel like less effort! The recipes are at friendlyveg.com which is for subscribers only; you can sub for 7 days for free to decide if you’d like to stay on. I’m going to share meal prep plans every week (I will do my best!) that reflect what I actually eat, living this long term vegan lifestyle, and now trying to eat higher protein than before 🤗 #vegan #veganrecipes #mealprep #veganmealprep #easyvegan #chinesevegan #veganinspo #vegansofinstagram #plantbased #plantbasedrecipes | Friendly Veg | Facebook
