Irresistible Summer Peach Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2-3 tablespoons peach juice (from canned peaches) Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Brush any silicone mold of choice with melted butter. 2. Beat eggs, sugar, lemon zest, and salt with a mixer for 5 minutes until pale and thick. 3. Sift flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, folding gently. 4. Fold in melted butter gradually until fully incorporated. 5. Cover and chill the batter for at least 1 hour. 6. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 7. Fold in strawberries and fill molds ¾ full. 8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are pale golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. 9. Make your ganache by tempering chocolate for the glaze. 10. Pour melted chocolate into mold cavities. 11. Press the cooled cakes over the chocolate. 12.
