Today is a lot. I am sharing 6 tools at different times of day to help you cope and create a “disruption” to the usual fare today. Tool # 2 is SO SO GOOD. We filmed it 4 times (ya know) and after the first 2 rounds - I was DEFINITELY in a different zone. After 4 - I felt high. 
Even just one round was so effective at pulling me out of “that place” and into “more space.” The small shift / reset that this move provides ends up being a recalibration with sometimes larger reverberation. W...
