SO good!! Measured ingredients with love :) - tri-color quinoa - dijon mustard - extra virgin olive oil - aged sherry vinegar - salt/pepper - purple onion - cranberries - sliced almonds add after mixing… - avocado - chicken I love cooking the chicken with Kinder’s buttery poultry seasoning! I also highly recommend tri-color quinoa for extra nutrition✨ Tri-color quinoa is quick in the instant pot. Rinse quinoa, spray instant pot w/ avo oil lightly, add 1c quinoa, 1.5c water. Cook high pressure 2 min, natural release 12 min. Fluff lightly :) So easy and full of fiber, antioxidants, protein, and iron!
