(Check out my stories for more info) 🛤️ Andrews Valley Rail Tour is a 2-hour, 8.5-mile-total, out-and-back trip through the valley, surrounded by mountain views, with a 30 minute stop at a historic stone tunnel for a break to explore and picnic! 🎒The rail cars seat four people and are electric-assisted, with room to stow purses or backpacks and a small cooler for snacks and drinks. 🐄🦃 The tour takes you along fields with cows and turkeys, over several bridges and creeks, and finally through the hand-carved Valley River Tunnel, made in 1894. 🌉 One of our favorite parts of the tour was the 30 minute break by the creek. We took off our shoes and walked through the cold mountain water, had a snack at the red picnic tables, and explored the tunnel, before heading back.
