1.5M views · 8.6K reactions | This is my favorite dessert | This is my favorite dessert I make a chocolate chip cookie cheesecake layered dessert. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, we're just taking our chocolate chip cookie dough that we let soften and we are flattening it out on our nine by 13 aluminum pan that we greased. And that is it. We're going to pop this in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. We took our cookie out and we let it cool completely. The next thing we're going to add to this delicious dessert is some cheesecake no bake and I did already dig into this and give it a try because it's my favorite but we're going to add a layer of this no bake cheesecake. It's going to be about half of this container which is why I'm using my already open one and this is going to taste so delicious with that cookie. So, we're going to give this a nice spread from edge to edge. Yummy. This is going to be so good. Alright, that looks perfect. We're going to just place this to the side for one second and we're going to bring in our medium bowl and our medium whisk and in our bowl, we're going to add our chocolate and vanilla instant pudding mix and these are the smaller three ounce boxes. Yummy. Next, bringing in my whole milk and we're going to use three cups of whole milk into our pudding and make sure it is cold milk. Three. Perfect. Okay, if it's a little over, won't hurt nobody. Oh, there we go. Now, it's three cups, right? And we're just going to whisk this together until it gets nice and thick. Now, I'm using chocolate and vanilla but you could use chocolate and white chocolate, chocolate, and cheesecake. You could use the dark, fudgy chocolate, whatever pudding mix you like, you can use for this but I love combining the two for a fun and new kind of taste on pudding. Alright and once this has thickened up, we're going to bring back our cookie cheesecake in our pan and this is going to go right on top. Oh yeah. Look how good that looks. Yummy. It thickened up nicely. Yeah. We're adding that whole entire mixture right into our pan. The cookie and the cheesecake. Beautiful. It's in there. You know what to do. From edge to edge. We're adding that pudding. And that looks absolutely beautiful. And you guys probably can guess what's coming next. Some Cool Lip. And we are going to add a layer of Cool Lip right on top. I don't think we're going to use this whole sixteen ounce. We're going to use you know what we need and the rest can be saved for a later date. Let's get this nice and spread out like our other layers. Oh my goodness. Look how fluffy. Obviously you can make homemade whipped topping if that's what you prefer. But I wanted this to be quick and easy. Last thing we're going to add to our delicious chocolate chip dessert is some semi-sweet mini morsels and we're just going to do a nice little sprinkle right on top and it's going to add a fun little flare to our cookie dessert. Ooh yeah and a nice little crunch too. Okay I think that is enough. Now this is going to be popped into the fridge for a couple of hours. Alright. This is ready to dig into. I'm so excited. Let's go ahead and cut through our layers first to make sure we can cut through that cookie. Oh, it does look like a slice to me. Oh, yeah. Actually came out better than I anticipated. Look at that. Got my plate here and look, it slides right on. Whoo. We got the cookie, the cheesecake, the pudding, and the cool whip. Whoo. This is going to be such a great dessert. Now, if you leave yours in the fridge for longer, it will set a little bit better than mine but I couldn't wait any longer. Oh, look at those layers. Oh my gosh. It looks so good. Is it good? Oh

2.1M views · 46K reactions | You gotta try this! | You gotta try this!! | By Corey B | Did you know if you add olive oil and maple syrup to a bowl and emulsify it until it reaches a smooth and silky texture? Will I just made the most incredibly delicious two ingredient viral olive oil caramel? What in the cooking at Hogwarts is this? Caramel. More like a carousel. Is this Harry Potter or Harrynotter? We're about to find out. You say caramel or caramel? What is the correct one? Caramel sounds fancy. Caramel smells thick. Caramel. Caramel sounds dainty. Caramel sounds thick. I'm Karen. I'm Kara. I'm Kara. I like caramel bad. Okay first get you a bowl. Now get you some good quality olive oil she said. This olive oil was expensive for no dang reason. Extra virgin. Like everyone in Slytherin. Malfoy looking. Okay you want 1/ 3 cup of olive oil. One third. How does this work? Okay. That's got a weird drip to it. Five hours later. 1third cup. Put it in your bowl. Beautiful. Beautiful. I just don't see how this makes caramel. Sorry. Okay welcome back to is she telling the truth or is this a spoof? We're about to find out. This is maple syrup. You need 1/ 3 cup of maple syrup. It's gotta be cold she said. So put that in your refrigerator. It doesn't belong there. But just for this. Put it in there. 1third cup. This is organic from Vermont. Vermont be having them thick trees boy. See them trees like whoa. Where you going tree? Them thick tree. Now this is optional but she said you can add a little bit of salt to it. And I and I do enjoy salt. So I'm doing that. Salt. Okay now said to emulsify it and I'm going to be honest with you that that word is not in my vocabulary. I had to Google it. You just have to mix it vigorously. Again, I learned that word as well. Just beat it like it's eggs. You want to whisk it like you're scrambling some eggs, okay? Well, that thing's getting thicker than a snicker. Look at that thing or just be smarter and use your tools. If you got tools, use em. This is way easier. It looks like caramel, okay? It smells good. It smells really good. It smells it smells amazing. Look at this. Look, oh boy, that's thicker to my third grade teacher. And Miss Cunningham how how have you been still got a big booty? Just kidding. I'm I'm I'm engaged. Now get you some ice cream. I'm using vanilla. Or as my grandma called it vanilla. Everything for some reason had an soda pop. What is soda? It's soda. RIP dog. Okay now apparently you use this exactly like you would caramel. Look at that. Oh my god. Drip it drip it on it. Hold on that baby. Yo look at that color. Hey. Hey. Hey. That's so creamy. That's so good. Yo. Oh my god. It tastes just like caramel. Hey. Yo. It ain't fake. It's something you gotta make. Do it.

12K reactions · 127 shares | Fudgy Brownie Recipe - Ingredients: - 1 1/4 cup brown sugar - light & dark both work fine but I prefer dark brown sugar (230g) - 1 cup granulated sugar (220g) - 1 cup + 2 tbsp unsalted browned butter (254mL) Measure the butter before browning it!! You will be left with ~1 cup after browning - 4 room temperature large eggs - 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract (25mL) - 1/4 cup strong hot coffee - you can also use espresso (60mL) - 1/2 cup cake flour (60g) - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (72g) - 3/4 cup sifted high-fat cocoa powder (93g) - 1/2 tbsp fine salt (10g) - 2 cups chocolate chunks - I used a combo of milk and dark chocolate (300g) Instructions: - Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line an 8”x8” square pan with butter and parchment paper. Set aside. - In a skillet on your stove over medium heat, brown the butter and then pour it into a heat-safe bowl. Let the browned butter cool down for about 10 minutes before following the next step. - In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter. Whisk it well and then add the eggs, vanilla extract, and hot coffee. Whisk to combine and set aside. - In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the cake flour, all-purpose flour, sifted cocoa powder, and fine salt. - Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients using a rubber spatula and mix until everything is well combined. - Chop 300g of chocolate (I like to use a mix of milk and dark chocolate) and then fold that into the brownie batter. - Pour all of the batter into your pre-prepped pan and bake at 350℉ for 55-60 minutes. The baking time will vary depending on your oven so keep an eye on it around the 50-minute mark! You can tell when they’re done if the center doesn’t move when you jiggle the pan. - Allow the brownies to cool in their pan for 15-20 minutes before removing. You can also just cut them inside of the pan, you don’t have to take them out if you don’t want to. - Cut into 9 large pieces, serve warm, and enjoy! #brownie #brownies #baking #madefromscratch #homemade #fudgybrownie | Maggie Banko | Facebook
