Basically it’s just any seeds and assorted nuts that you like with a little maple syrup and coconut oil, that’s it !!! UNREAL 🤯 I like to use some salted nuts for the sweet and salty combo, but you can definitely use all raw nuts and seeds if you prefer. Recipe yields about 15 cookies. Ingredients: •1/4 cup (37 grams) slivered almonds •1/4 cup (34 grams) crushed pecans •1/4 cup (39 grams) crushed salted almonds •1/4 cup (30 grams) salted roasted sunflower seeds •1/4 cup (39 grams) salted roasted pumpkin seeds •2 tbsp. (20 grams) raw sesame seeds •1/4 cup (59 ml.) maple syrup •1 tbsp. (14 ml.) coconut oil Option: 1. The cookies can also be half dipped in chocolate or add a chocol

You’ll need: 3/4 cup almonds 3/4 cup cashews 3/4 cup pistachios 3/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raisins (or chocolate chips) 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1. In a bowl, combine all your ingredients. 2. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly (making sure it’s tight). 3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325F. 4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely (otherwise it will separate). 5. Date Pecan Chocolate Treats . . . 1 cup pecans 1/2 cup almond flour 1 cup medjool dates, pitted (about 12 large, soft ones) 1/4 cup Nutella 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbls maple syrup 2 cups dark chocolate chips 2 tbls vegetable oil (feel free to use coconut oil)… this just helps the chocolate melt very smoothly 12 pecan halves Put the pecans, almond, dates, syrup, Nutella and cocoa powder in a food processor and blend until very smooth and soft. Shape into bars and freeze for about an hour. Remove from freezer. Meanwhile in the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate and oil until smooth and drop in each bar in to coat. What are they called where you’re from? 🥰 Let us know in the comments! Here’s what you’ll need to make them: 👉 200g almonds 👉 100g sugar 👉 1 tsp cinnamon 👉 100 ml water Instructions: 1. You want to pour the sugar, cinnamon and water in a pan on slow heat until the sugar dissolves 2. Add your almonds, and stir regularly until all the liquid is gone 3.
