These beautiful numbers are created on a waterproof base made by Skeewbacker. Each number is created with a high density waterproof polystyrene core and a waterproof membrane . Each tile is carefully chosen, adhered with thinset, then grouted with dark grey grout on the front and sides that beautifully outlines and highlights the multi colored tiles . The back is painted, and each number is ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger on the backside. This process takes 2 1/2 hours per number, over a period of days. Numbers can also be adhered to posts, or stone, by using thinset mortar only. **It is very important not to use any glues containing solvents, such as E6000 or liquid nails, as this ruins the backing.** ** Please be sure of the colors you want, and include embellishments desired when you place your order. Embellishments can include flowers, butterflies, or cactus , and are not automatically included because not everyone wants these. Each number is made to order for you! The pictures you see are examples only, but could be recreated. Yours will look very similar but may not be exact replicas since they are hand made.
