I build drop-in and freestanding Santa Maria / Argentine grills for outdoor kitchens and backyard BBQ's. I use a heavy gauge (11 gauge) stainless square tubing for the frame and lifting bars. The lifting wires are heavy duty aircraft stainless wire. Everything is hand made in the USA from scratch, these are a 1 of a kind piece, a conversation starter and all grills are unique due to the hand craftmanship! We can customize the cooking grate, the side the wheel is placed on and add a brasero if needed! If you would like a rotisserie included, we have that option also!
