• 2 cups Ham, cooked
• 2 cups Italian chicken sausage

• 2 tsp Basil, dried
• 1/2 cup Chives
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 3 cups Spinach
• 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes

• 4 Eggs
Baking & Spices
• 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp Salt
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
Dairy
• 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
