• 1/2 tsp Aleppo or other chilli flakes
• 600 g Baby potatoes
• 1 Handful Basil
• 2 Garlic cloves, fat
• 5 cm Ginger, fresh
• 1 tsp Oregano or marjoram, dried
• 1 Red onion
• 1 Spring onion
• 4 Sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 400g tin Tomatoes
Condiments
• 1 tsp Pomegranate molasses
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
Dairy
• 200 g Greek yogurt
Other
• Olive oil for drizzling and brushing
• 2 X 225g packs halloumi, sliced
