2 Garlic cloves, fat
5 cm Ginger, fresh
1 tsp Oregano or marjoram, dried

1 400g tin Tomatoes
Condiments
1 tsp Pomegranate molasses
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
