RECOMMENDED TIMES FOR EVERY KIT: 4-6 FT - 1 hour 8-10 FT - 1.5 hour 12-16 FT - 2 hours *Please allocate extra time if you are adding any foil balloons, greenery and/or cut outs! If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us at shop@wowpartyart.com OXIDIZING, SUNLIGHT/HEAT EXPOSURE AND VISIBLE DEFECTS: All balloons will always oxidize (turn matte and/or loose shine) under exposure to the elements. Please use a balloon shining solution to keep the balloons glossy! We do not recommend placing the balloons under the direct sunlight. There's a great chance that balloons will start popping very soon, especially the darker colors! We recommend placing the balloons in a shaded area away from any direct sunlight! If your event is outdoors and doesn't have any shade, we suggest putting the balloons outside right before the event starts so it lasts through the party! If you event is indoors in A/C space, you can create your balloon garland 1-2 days prior the event. Our balloons won't deflate and will be just fine : ) Slight visible defects on balloons such as discoloration spots and color streaks (especially on 17"/ 19" balloons) are totally normal and do not affect the quality of the balloons. These defects happen at the factories due to the process or making and dying balloons! STANDARD SHIPPING PROCEDURES Most orders are currently being processed within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing times. The orders are shipped 5 days a week Monday through Friday. We ship USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days). If you need to upgrade your shipping preference, please choose the desired upgrade in your cart at checkout! Once processed, packages will ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX via United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class Mail (2-5 days). You will receive an email from our shop with the information when your package has been shipped, the expected arrival date and tracking number. We cannot be responsible for transit times of the United States Postal Service. As soon as the package is in possession of USPS, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time as we do not have any control over the shipping systems and cannot predict any possible unforeseen delays. We strongly recommend ordering your garland kit as soon as possible to ensure timely arrival. CANCELLATIONS: We do accept order cancellations! Please request a cancellation before your order is shipped otherwise, we won't be able to guarantee the cancellation! CARE AND PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS **CHOKING HAZARD** Please note that balloons are considered a potential choking hazard! Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or popped balloons. Please supervise kids and pets around the balloons at all times! Discard popped or deflated balloons immediately. The balloons are shipped deflated (without air or helium inside). Unfortunately, balloons cannot be shipped inflated due to the shipping restrictions. HELIUM INFLATION: Our balloon garland do not need to be inflated with helium. However, our 11" and 19" balloons can be filled with helium. Unfortunately, 5" balloons won't be able to float if filled with helium! Please use 100% helium and inflate to a correct size to achieve the best floating time results. **Backdrop, greenery and sign are not included**
