-110g of flour
-bunch of fresh basil and spinach
-4 tbsp water
-pinch of salt
-bunch fresh basil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
-few tbsp vg butter
-few tosp nutritional yeast
-pinch of salt
⬇️method
-mix the flour and salt, add the finely chopped blanched basil and spinach, take a pinch of the greens and blend with the water then mix into a dough and knead for a few minutes before covering a resting for 10-15mins.
-whilst waiting for the pasta to prove, combine the butter, blanched basil, chilli flakes, nutritional yeast blend add salt then place in a ramekin and chill.
-cut the noodles using scissors then boil until they float and soften slightly, you still want a little bit of bite.
-serve a portion of pasta topped with the basil butter mix, serve and enjoy.
