Cilantro Lime Steak Bowls

Flank steak is coated in a zesty cilantro lime marinade then grilled to perfection. Slice it up and add to bowls full of rice, avocado, black beans, corn and more. Drizzle with a tangy lime crema for the finishing touch!

• 2 lbs Flank steak

• 2 Avocados
• 1 can Black beans
• 1/2 cup Cilantro
• 1 can Corn
• 4 cloves Garlic, fresh
• 1 Lime, Zest of
• 3 Lime, Juice of
• 1/2 Red onion
• 4 cups Rice or riced cauliflower, cooked
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tsp Tajin seasoning
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/2 cup Avocado or olive oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Sour cream
