• 1 Bacon and/or ham

Refrigerated

• 4 Eggs

Condiments

• 1 Maple syrup

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

• 1 Cinnamon stick

• 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, grated

• 1 Pinch Salt

• 1 1/2 tbsp Superfine sugar

• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Bread & Baked Goods

• 8 slices Brioche

• 1 White or cinnamon bread or stale french bread

Dairy

• 4 tbsp Butter

• 1 cup Cream or half-and-half

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
