2 cups plant based milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
Add the milk, raspberries and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the 1/2 cup oats and 2 tbsp of chia seeds to two seperate containers and mix together. Pour in the raspberry milk evenly and mix together.
