DIY Black Window Frames (renter friendly)
Want black modern windows without the commitment? I have the perfect DIY hack for you!! ELETRICAL TAPE! I do have a few tips though if you don’t want your tape shrinking or peeling up over time… 1. Electrical tape is stretchy. Don’t stretch it out! If you do, it will shrink up on you over time. Ask me how I know. 2. Start with your horizontal lines and cut them a little long. That way your vertical lines will cover your edges for a cleaner look. You won’t look at the top and bottom of the window as often! 😉 3. Press the tape firmly to the window, sealing the edges as you go.
