Farm - Blackened Steak Queso-Stuffed Jalapeño Popper Burgers Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 tsp blackening seasoning - 4 jalapeños - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup cream cheese - 1/4 cup diced cooked steak - Salt and pepper, to taste - 4 hamburger buns Instructions: Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef and blackening seasoning until well combined. Form the seasoned beef into 8 patties. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced steak, salt, and pepper. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. Place a filled jalapeño half in between two beef patties and press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining jalapeños and patties. Grill the stuffed burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
