Keto Diet & Recipes on Instagram: "Korean marinated short ribs (Galbi) 😍 By @lowcarbstateofmind All you need is 👇🏻 - 1 cup water - 1 cup soy sauce - 1 cup brown sugar (I’m using swerve brown sugar) - 1 tsp garlic - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp ginger - flanken style beef short ribs (or called grilling short ribs) Mix everything for the marinade in a pot and simmer for 3-4 minutes Transfer to bowl and let cool Add short ribs to bag with marinade and let sit in marinade overnight Remove from marinade and grill 5-7 min on each side on medium high heat or until a nice crust has formed These are one of my absolute favs during summer.
