🍃PANKO COCONUT CRUSTED TOFU🍃..This is a quick late lunch I've thrown together in under 20 minutes. Firm Tofu, cut into cute little triangles, dusted in seasoned cornstarch (garlic, paprika, oregano, salt & pepper). Then dipped in milk, then dipped into panko that's laced with coconut flakes. Fry baby, fry😁. Crunchety Crispy! Finger-licking good and everything on between. I dipped some of them in a sauce of mayo sriracha, mustard, vinegar & maple syrup. If you love crunchy food
