So here you see the warm contrast of the Corten steel edging and also for the water feature against the limestone slabs and the limestone pavers. Lots of people think these are tiles but they are block pavers, cleverly laid to exactly the same level as the slabs around them, shown here to create this rug effect that I wanted under my table. The materials work well together and are far more interesting like this. Worth also pointing out I asked for the pavers to be laid with a mix of smooth and rough side facing up to get different textures and colour tones in the herringbone pattern.
