Notes

• When bought, Cooldown Reduction is applied retroactively to abilities already on cooldown.
  • When sold, the cooldowns of abilities are proportionally increased.
    • Because the cooldown refund when sold is based on the current cooldown, buying then selling this item in shop allows the player to accelerate their cooldowns proportional to the amount of time before it was refunded.
