At Aspect I built the GCP version of our Workflows product, a self-hosted bazel CI solution with optimized runners, remote caching, and RBE.

I'm the author and maintainer of the Publish to BCR release automation for the Bazel Central Registry, nbes, and diff.bzl. I was an early contributor to bazel-lib and rules_js among other Aspect rulesets.
