Analyze data layers
Stay organized with collections
Save and categorize content based on your preferences.
Once you add data layers to your Google Earth project, you can apply filters to
visualize the data you care about. Filters are automatically saved to your
project as you add or adjust them.
Apply a filter
You can filter a layer in your project based on the attributes available in the
layer.
Select a data layer in Map contents to open the inspector panel on the right. Select the Filter tab in the inspector to adjust filters.
In your project's Map contents, select the data layer you want to
adjust.
In the inspector panel on the right, select the Filter tab to show the
available filters for that layer.
Adjust the filters. The map updates with the applied filter.
You can also filter multiple layers on the map at the same time. To filter
another data layer, repeat steps 1–3.
Reset a filter
To reset a filter, do the following:
In your project's Map contents panel, select the data layer that
includes the filter you want to delete.
