LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the Summit’s conclusion, participants should be able to:
1. Differentiate communication skills with different generations to improve teamwork and patient care.
2. Restate the changes to the conditions of participation for CMS that took effect July 2025.
3. Interpret the new legislation in Texas and how it will affect patient care and staffing.
4. Discuss Texas legislative and CMS updates.
5. Explain the 4 S model and paraphrase its use in healthcare.
6. Implement strategies to champion a culture of psychological safety to build a fearless team.
