The article analyzes the first consequences of the 2024 reform of the Stability and Growth Pact and the nature of the Medium-term Fiscal-Structural Plan. The second part of the article analyzes the internal adjustments that will be necessary, as well as the parliamentary scrutiny of the first Medium-term Fiscal-Structural Plan by the Italian Chambers, which were ineffectively involved in the development and approval of the Plan.
