    El presente artículo analiza elementos relacionados con prácticas de sí y subjetividad política en mujeres jóvenes privadas de la libertad a partir de la revisión documental, sistematización y análisis bibliométrico de publicaciones, derivados de resultados de investigación de tipo académico y científico, a partir del método PRISMA, para luego comprender cómo estar en condición de encarcelamiento transforma la cotidianidad de las mujeres y las relaciones con los demás, reconfigurando la subjetividad y el comportamiento hacia lo otro o el otro. La búsqueda de información se realizó a partir de bases de datos como Scopus, Sciencedirect, Redalyc, Scielo y Google Académico a partir de palabras claves “mujeres”, “privación de la libertad”, “prisión”, “subjetividad”, “prácticas de sí” dentro de un contexto geográfico amplio, en donde priman los trabajos en Latinoamérica y Colombia, entre el 2003 y 2022, así como algunas investigaciones realizadas en Europa y Asía que debido a la temática allí abordada, se tomaron en cuenta y que se observan en los hallazgos bibliométricos donde se encontró que existe un bajo número de publicaciones en años recientes dentro de la región que registraran información o datos para comprender el fenómeno de interés, razón por la cual se reafirma la necesidad de abordar este tema bajo un discurso interpretativo y contextual. En cuanto al análisis de las categorías como libertad, mujeres privadas de la libertad, cárceles y/prisión, se logró identificar que los estudios de la subjetividad política y las prácticas de libertad permiten entender dimensiones de la reinvención o transformación de su subjetividad en  el dispositivo carcelario, donde se puede evidenciar, como desde el trabajo deliberado para transformarse, es posible redireccionar las conductas acciones y decisiones que repercuten en sus cuerpos (vida) y en el de los demás.

    This article analyzes elements related to practices of self and political subjectivity in young women deprived of liberty from the documentary review, systematization and bibliometric analysis of publications, derived from academic and scientific research results, based on the PRISMA method, in order to understand how being incarcerated transforms the daily life of women and their relationships with others, reconfiguring subjectivity and behavior towards the other or the other. The search for information was carried out from databases such as Scopus, Sciencedirect, Redalyc, Scielo and Google Scholar based on keywords "women", "deprivation of liberty", "prison", "subjectivity", "practices of self" within a broad geographical context, where works in Latin America and Colombia, between 2003 and 2022, prevail, as well as some research carried out in Europe and Asia which, due to the subject matter addressed there, were taken into account and which are observed in the bibliometric findings where it was found that there is a low number of publications in recent years within the region that recorded information or data to understand the phenomenon of interest, which is why the need to address this topic under an interpretative and contextual discourse is reaffirmed. Regarding the analysis of categories such as freedom, women deprived of liberty, prisons and/prison, it was possible to identify that the studies of political subjectivity and freedom practices allow understanding dimensions of the reinvention or transformation of their subjectivity in the prison system, where it is possible to show how, through deliberate work to transform themselves, it is possible to redirect behaviors, actions and decisions that have an impact on their bodies (life) and on the bodies of others.
