L’any 2020 es va establir una xarxa de seguiment de papallones nocturnes a les Illes Balears amb 8 estacions ales illes de Mallorca, Menorca i Eivissa. S’han realitzat un total de 122 mostrejos, restant pendents els corresponents alsmesos d’octubre i novembre d’enguany. La informació obtinguda actualment està essent analitzada i constitueix unaeina clau en el seguiment d’aquest grup donat que es podrà conèixer l’estructura de la comunitat de lepidòpters a lesdiferents illes estudiades, els diferents hàbitats, i com aquestes comunitats canvien al llarg del temps. A més, depermetre incrementar el coneixement de la diversitat de lepidòpters presents al nostre arxipèlag.

At 2020 the moth monitoring network was constitued at the Balearic Islands with 8 stations distributed atMallorca, Menorca and Eivissa. A total of 122 monthly samplings has been carried out, not counting the remaining onesof october and novembre of the current year. The obtained information is currently being analysed and it constitues akey tool for the monitoring of this group since with it, the comunity structure of moths could be studied according to thehabitat, and how these communities change with time. Furthermore, this network will allow to increase the knowledgeof the diversity of moths that inhabit the Balearic Islands.
