Although organic compounds are extremely important in our daily lives, the level of exposure that we have towards them is concerning,as they may pose a serious threat to humans and environment. From an analytical chemistrypoint of view, the development of methods for the detection of as many compounds as possible is mandatory. That means thatthe transition from target analysis to suspect screening or non-target analysis is needed. Toovercomethis challenge, different methods based on high resolution massspectrometry (HRMS) to detect organic compounds in several matrices (human and animal origin milk and fish muscle) are described in the present work. The performed suspect analysis enabled identifying a wide variety of non-monitored compoundsin each matrix
Konposatu organikoek gure eguneroko bizitzan ezinbesteko garrantzia izan arren, horiekiko daukagun esposizioakezkagarria da. Izan ere, euretariko askokaltegarriak izan daitezkebai gizakiontzat zein ingurumenarentzat. Kimika analitikoaren ikuspuntutik, beharrezkoa da ahalik eta konposatu gehien detektatzeko metodoen garapena; hots, analisi bideratutik susmagarrien analisira eta analisi ez-bideraturaigarotzea. Erronka horri aurre egin nahian, lan honetan hainbat matrizerako(giza-zein animalia-esnea eta arrain-muskulua) garatutako metodo analitikoaklaburbiltzen dira, bereizmen altuko masa espektrometrian (HRMSan) oinarrituta. Susmagarrien analisiari esker, askotan jarraitzen ez direnkonposatu organiko anitz identifikatzea posible izan damatrize bakoitzean.
