    La Antropología de la Religión puede ofrecer a los estudios jurídicos sobre diversidad y libertad religiosas perspectivas más representativas y precisas sobre los actores, escenarios y fenómenos sociales objetos de regulación. En este sentido, el presente texto pretende compartir los resultados de un estudio etnográfico de cuatro comunidades religiosas diferentes en el marco de una investigación de mayor envergadura desde los estudios jurídicos, sobre la libertad religiosa en el Estado español. Para ello, explora sus valores y repertorios culturales, así como las formas de adaptación cultural en la esfera pública; y, finalmente, aborda las barreras que dificultan la plena participación de las comunidades religiosas en la esfera pública de las instituciones y la sociedad civil, así como los discursos y estrategias que desarrollan para enfrentarlas.

    The Anthropology of Religion can provide legal studies on religious diversity and freedom with more representative and accurate perspectives on the actors, settings, and social phenomena subject to regulation. In this regard, the present text aims to share the results of an ethnographic study of four different religious communities within the framework of a broader investigation from legal studies on religious freedom in the Spanish State. To this end, it explores their values and cultural repertories, as well as the forms of cultural adaptation in the public sphere. Finally, it addresses the barriers that hinder the full participation of religious communities in the public sphere of institutions and civil society, along with the discourses and strategies they develop to confront these challenges.
