Revisión sistemática sobre inteligencia artificial en educación: aplicación, posibilidades y desafíos

    El objetivo de este artículo es capturar el estado de la inteligencia artificial en el ámbito educativo actualmente por medio de una revisión bibliográfica. Por medio de la metodología SALSA, se lleva a cabo una revisión sistemática en la que se analizan estudios científicos sobre herramientas, aplicaciones y modelos de la inteligencia artificial desarrollados o aplicados en el ámbito de la educación.

    Además, se estudia la literatura existente sobre el impacto de la IA en docentes, alumnos y centros educativos y los desafíos éticos que esta implica. En el artículo se resaltan las posibilidades que la inteligencia artificial podría tener para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y el potencial para individualizar y personalizar el aprendizaje. Por último, se analizan los desafíos a futuro como son la regulación y la formación de profesores y alumnos en el uso de las herramientas IA y su funcionamiento.

    The aim of this article is to capture the current state of the artificial intelligence within the education field by means of a literature review. This review is done by using SALSA methodology in order to do it in a systematic way, analising the scientific literature regarding artificial intelligence tools, applications and models used in the education area. In addition, the existing literature about the impact of the AI on students, teachers and education centres is studied as well as the ethical challenges implied. The article highlight the possibilities of the AI for improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of the learning-teaching process and the potential for individualise and personalise the learning. Finally, future challenges as regulation and teachers and students training in the use of AI and how it works are analised.
