  • There are several important macrovertebrate sites in the eastern sector of the Guadix-Baza Basin (Betic Cordillera). Some of the most important sites (FPB-4, FP-1, FSCC-1, FSCC-2 and M-2, among others) are included in the framework of the Fonelas Project. The iam of this research is to stablish the relative position of those sites within the stratigraphic scheme of this sector of the basin, by using a correlation panel made up from several stratigraphic profiles.
