  El proyecto Campus de Excelencia Internacional UAM+CSIC busca la agregación estratégica de la universidad con empresas e instituciones de su entorno con objeto de promover “ecosistemas de conocimiento e innovación”. En consecuencia, una de las estrategias ha consistido en desarrollar las actuaciones del Subprograma de Fortalecimiento PROYECCIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE LOS CENTROS DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL EN LOS CAMPUS, en el que ha resultado fundamental la colaboración tanto con los colegios e institutos de Formación Profesional del área estratégica, como con diferentes organismos de la Consejería de Educación (Dirección del Área Territorial Madrid Norte, cuya Unidad de Programas ha sido la mediadora institucional; Centro Regional de Innovación y Formación; y Subdirección General de FP), y con los ayuntamientos y empresas del área norte de Madrid

  The Campus of International Excellence UAM + CSIC looks for university strategic aggregation with companies and institutions in their environment in order to promote "knowledge and innovation ecosystems." Accordingly to this, one strategy has consisted in developing the activities of the strategic strengthening sub program STRATEGIC PROJECTION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES. Here, the collaboration with both schools and vocational training institutes of the strategic area, as with various agencies of the Madrid Council of Education (Consejería de Educación in Spanish) (Department of Territorial Area of North Madrid, whose Unit of Programs has been the institutional mediator, Regional Center of Innovation and Training, and General Sub-division of Vocational Training), and with municipalities and companies in the north area of Madrid, has been of great significance
