    San Nicolás de Esquiros community has formed primarily by the appearance of three events: the morphospatial structure of farming hacienda, the agrarian movement and institutional decisions before the field.

    The first showing the strength of the architectural space in people's lives, the second indicating the influence of movements socio-political in the villages and the third translating the impact on the rural economy of agrarian reforms and the logic of the market. Thus, on the occurrence of these three phenomena is that the community has instituted and therefore built the own conception of the reality embodied in the restructuring of existentially lived space in their perception of community. And while the hacienda this listed as architectural heritage, the deterioration of this being shows that the community does not give you the history and architecture value. Its ownership has been since the practice level only.

    It will be then search the elements to keep finances in its original structure from and with the community itself, but not before problems comprehensively in the field.

    La comunidad de San Nicolás de Esquiros se ha conformado fundamentalmente por la aparición de tres eventos: de la estructura morfo-espacial de la hacienda agrícola-ganadera, del movimiento agrario y de las decisiones institucionales ante el campo. El primero mostrando la fuerza del espacio arquitectónico en la vida de las personas, el segundo señalando la influencia de los movimientos socio-políticos en los pueblos y el tercero plasmando el impacto en la economía campesina de las reformas agrarias y la lógica del mercado. Así, en la ocurrencia de estos tres fenómenos es que la comunidad se ha instituido y por lo tanto construido, la propia concepción de la realidad materializada en la restructuración del espacio existencialmente vivido, como de su percepción de comunidad. Y si bien la hacienda esta catalogada como patrimonio arquitectónico, el deterioro de que esta siendo objeto muestra que la comunidad no le otorga ese valor histórico-arquitectónico, dado que su apropiación ha sido desde el plano prácticoutilitario solamente. Corresponderá entonces buscar los elementos que permitan conservar la hacienda en su estructura original desde y con la propia comunidad, no sin antes resolver de manera integral los problemas del campo
