"Letra perruna": la burla de un escribano de Ontinyent (Torralba, 1517)

    Se analiza una excepcional muestra de signos, conservada en una carta oficial del epistolario mantenido en 1517 por el justicia de ontinyent con la autoridad de un lugar llamado la torre de torralba, y se incardina en el aprendizaje de la escritura por parte de un miembro de la minoría mayoritaria del territorio plurilingüe valenciano antes de la guerra de la Germanía, inicio del llamado “problema morisco”. Se estudian los posibles modelos imitados y se plantea la tesis de un origen en la escritura castellana cortesana-procesal; aunque se trate de un ejemplo de diseños del tipo denominado “garabato”, desde el punto de vista conceptual debe considerarse un caso individual de escritura epistolar compleja.

    It’s analyze an unusual specimen of symbols with no meaningless. this one has kept in an official document of the collection of letters that to be in correspondence the Jus- tice of ontinyent (Valencia) with similar authority on the village known as la torre de torral- ba in the year 1517. on move to the way of apprenticeship of script for someone’s the com- munity members of Islamic minority in the multilingual kingdom of Valencia. the action it takes place a short time before the war of the Germania, at the time of the beginning of the “Moorish problem”. there consider the possible standards imitated and it’s proposes the the- sis in a background from castilian script. even if it is a drawing example of the type one that names as “scribble”, must consider it an individual matter of complex epistolary script.
