    • We analyze the literature in order to clarify the concept of business model and to identify hotspots business models. Based in those models as in a set of interviews we produced a hotspot business infrastructure model. This model was used to analyze hot spot "industry", what allowed the identification of several conclusions related to actors' modus operandi.
