In this paper, we propose a new approach to real-time parallel systems development which explicity avoids the use of a simple framework to design complex systems. Instead, lthis new metholology is proposed according to five views: environment, function, behavoir, performance, material and besed on the partition of the system development life cycle into six stages. In each stage, specific techniques are applied.
