En este artículo analizamos el perspectivismo de Ortega tal como se presenta en su breve y temprano trabajo “Verdad y perspectiva” (1916). Planteamos cuatro preguntas cruciales para todo perspectivismo. Y argumentamos que Ortega sugiere un tipo de respuesta adecuada que pon el énfasis en la naturaleza temporal de las perspectivas o puntos de vista. Nuestra idea de fondo es que el perspectivismo adquiere sustantividad como posición filosófica cuando se pone en juego la temporalidad de las perspectivas. El perspectivismo ha reaparecido con fuerza en el panorama filosófico contemporáneo. Y en nuestros comentarios, conectamos el perspectivismo de Ortega con diversos planteamientos actuales.

In this paper, we analyse Ortega’s perspectivism such as it is presented on his brief and seminal work “Verdad y perspective” (“Truth and perspective”, 1916). We raise four crucial questions for perspectivism. And we argue the Ortega suggests an adequate kind or answer, which emphasizes the temporal nature of the perspectives or points of view. Our main thesis is the perspectivism acquires substantivity as a philosophical position when the temporal character of perspectives or points of view is seriously considered. Perpectivism has reappeared with force in the contemporary philosophical outlook. In our commentaries, we connect Ortega’ perspectivism with various existing approaches.
