  Con el estudio sobre el ejercicio de las acciones de protección frente a la intromisión ilegítima en los derechos al honor, intimidad, propia imagen y protección de datos del menor se pretende dar respuesta a cuestiones procesales controvertidas tan importantes como son conocer las medidas cautelares que se pueden adoptar para cesar en la intromisión ilegítima de la que es objeto el menor; el procedimiento judicial aplicable para solicitar tal protección; la competencia, el plazo, la capacidad del menor para ejercitar los derechos o el alcance de la representación legal y la legitimación; la carga de la prueba; la excepción a la publicidad procesal, los pronunciamientos del fallo de la sentencia, los recursos frente a la resolución de instancia y su ejecución. Además, se analizan los cauces que permiten rectificar información incorrecta que se puede dar sobre cualquier ciudadano incluido un menor y se termina con un breve pero novedoso análisis de la tutela de los derechos ARCO que puede ejercitar el menor mediante su representante legal en vía administrativa y en vía judicial con el fin de obtener protección para el caso de que se traten sus datos sin su consentimiento.

  The study on the exercise of the actions of protection against unlawful interference in the rights to honour, privacy, self-image and the minor data protection is intended to give response to controversial procedural issues as important as the measures are precautionary that they can be taken to stop illegitimate interference which is subject to the minor; the judicial procedure applicable to request such protection; competition, the term, the ability of the child to exercise your rights, or the scope of the legal representation and legitimacy; the burden of proof; the exception to procedural advertising, the pronouncements of the failure of the ruling, against the decision of instance and its execution resources. In addition, discussed the channels that allow to rectify incorrect information that a minor can be on any included citizen and ends with a brief but new analysis from the tutelage of the ARCO rights that can be exercised by the minor through its legal representative in administrative and judicial in order to obtain protection in the event that their data are processed without his consent
